Liebe Freundinnen, liebe Genossinnen,

am 28. Juni wurde Maja T. in einer schockierenden und hinterhältigen Aktion in geselliger Zusammenarbeit von LKA und Generalstaatsanwaltschaft aus der Dresdner Haft außer Landes verschleppt. In den frühen Morgenstunden soll Maja bereits um 6:50 Uhr in Österreich und um 10:00 Uhr in Ungarn gewesen sein. Das Berliner Kammergericht genehmigte dies am Vortag und informierte die Anwält*innen von Maja T. erst nach Feierabend per Fax, um eine rechtzeitige rechtliche Intervention zu verhindern.

Dieses Vorgehen zeigt erneut die Verachtung für rechtsstaatliche Prinzipien und die gezielte Unterdrückung antifaschistischer Aktivistinnen. Die Behörden haben bewusst Familie und Anwältinnen im Dunkeln gelassen, um Widerstand zu vermeiden. Wir sind mehr als wütend über diese autoritäre und undemokratische Praxis und rufen zu massiver Solidarität und entschlossenem Protest auf. Wir werden nicht ruhen, bis Maja T. sicher zurück ist und Gerechtigkeit wiederhergestellt wird. Deshalb rufen wir von @freeallantifascistsberlin zu morgigen Demonstration mit auf, kommt vorbei zeigt Solidarität!

Wir lassen uns von verschissenen Bullenaktionen und blindem juristischen Aktionismus nicht einschüchtern, in diesem Sinne:

Dear friends, dear comrades,

on 28 June, Maja T. was abducted from her prison in Dresden and taken out of the country in a shocking and underhand action carried out in a friendly manner by the LKA and the public prosecutor's office. In the early hours of the morning, she would have been in Austria by 6.50am and in Hungary by 10am. The Berlin Court of Appeal authorised this the day before and only informed Maja T.'s lawyers* by fax after the end of her working day, in order to prevent legal intervention in good time.

This procedure shows once again the contempt for the principles of the rule of law and the targeted repression of anti-fascist activists. The authorities have deliberately kept the family and the lawyers in the dark in order to avoid any resistance. We are more than angry at this authoritarian and anti-democratic practice and call for massive solidarity and determined protest. We will not rest until Maja T. is back safe and sound and justice is restored. That's why we, @freeallantifascistsberlin, are calling for people to take part in tomorrow's demonstration - come and show your solidarity!

Chers amis, chers camarades,

le 28 juin, Maja T. a été enlevée de sa prison de Dresde et emmenée hors du pays dans le cadre d'une action choquante et sournoise menée en toute convivialité par le LKA et le parquet général. Au petit matin, elle aurait déjà été en Autriche à 6h50 et en Hongrie à 10h00. La Cour d'appel de Berlin a autorisé cela la veille et n'a informé les avocats* de Maja T. par fax qu'après la fin de sa journée de travail, afin d'empêcher une intervention juridique en temps voulu.

Ce procédé montre une fois de plus le mépris pour les principes de l'Etat de droit et la répression ciblée des activistes antifascistes*. Les autorités ont délibérément laissé la famille et les avocats* dans l'ombre afin d'éviter toute résistance. Nous sommes plus qu'en colère contre cette pratique autoritaire et antidémocratique et appelons à une solidarité massive et à une protestation déterminée. Nous ne nous reposerons pas tant que Maja T. ne sera pas revenue saine et sauve et que la justice ne sera pas rétablie. C'est pourquoi nous, @freeallantifascistsberlin, appelons à participer à la manifestation de demain, venez montrer votre solidarité !
