with Küfa | Khanya Ka Athule Baba, an anarchist and feminist from South Africa, will speak on the importance of solidarity, collective organising and collective action, and her involvement in the occupation of three buildings in the city centre of Cape Town. The occupation currently houses 218 families who are facing eviction and brutality from law enforcement, private security and city representatives.

She will also speak of her lived experience as a black feminist and anarchist and how these aspects of her life are connected through a shared commitment to social justice, community empowerment and creative expression.
